I will NEVER go the United States again
February 16, 2006Joran van der Sloot is about to become trapped. He is as we speak on his way to JFK airport, to partake in an interview with ABC. Somehow, someone leaked this to the family of Nathalee Holloway, and they now have a money claim with an arrest warrant waiting, for all the damage he has supposedly done to the Holloway family.
Right. He has not been proven guilty, yet they can demand money from him. SURE.
Let me state, once and for all, that I wish nothing but disaster, hell, and sickness to the the mother and father of Nathalee Holloway. Joran van der Sloot has been released because of a lack of evidence. It’s OVER. He is NOT GUILTY. He has NOT DONE IT. As if he would go the United States, where they still employ the barbaric death penalty, if he was guilty.
Nathalee Holloway probably wasn’t the blue-eyed blonde angel her parents want here to be. It is far more likely she was drunk as fcuk, stoned as a shrimp, and fcuked raw by Aruban black men. She then fell off of a bridge into the water or something. Far more likely than blaming a boy without ANY proof.
That woman is the epitome of everything I HATE about the United States. She, and Fox News. They both stand for everything I hate about the United States. Let me state the following:
If Joran van der Sloot gets arrested and thrown into US jail today, I will NEVER go the United States again. NEVER. I’m sorry Eugenia, I know your invitation still stands, but I REFUSE to support a country like the one you’re living in. I’m sorry. I can’t set foot in a country where one is GUILTY until proven innocent.
And I never break a promise.

Guilt or innocence aside, I think those are pretty strong words for a family that A) lost their daughter and B) have yet to find out exactly what happened to her.
Misguided or not, they have every right to lash out…but perhaps they should focus their efforts more on the Aruban govt and their pathetic attempts to save face in the eyes of the world. I won’t step foot in Aruba until they cough up some (truthful) answers.

Aruba is actually a Dutch colony. They have a lot of autonomy, but in the end, they’re still Dutch territory. It’s part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, and as such, I’m as much Aruban as an Aruban is Dutch. In other words, the Aruban juridicial system is the same as ours.
It is radically different from the US one in that we Dutch have limited power to hold people in custody without evidence. What Americans are demanding in this case is that we hold someone in custody without ANY form of real evidence. And that is unacceptable to me.
Why don’t you Americans focus on all the unsolved murders on (mostly) black people inside your own country? Ah wait, I know already– those victims aren’t white, blonde and blue-eyed.
I’m sorry, but in my Kingdom we don’t really put more effort into solving murders on white people than murders on black people.

That is no excuse to try and destroy the lives of another family who, according to the non-existance of evidence, have NOTHING to do with their daughter’s apparant death. My mother had breast cancer last year, but you don’t see us sueing a family at random without any evidence.

I hope they will find Nathalee Holloway, but I don’t believe she was indeed such an angel as they describe her or want her to be.
There are rumours that she was sooo drunk and was using cocaine/ drugs… or is that also the fault of Aruba? And suing Joran van der Sloot for all the ” damage” the family went through?
PLEASE … this is insane, and I guess that is only possible in The States. I just hope they will catch the people who really did it, instead of running around the island and accuse people.

Hmm weird. I ran into this internet article and it says this… that Beth Twitty a few months before her daughter went on vacation, had an insurance on her daughter for $ 4.000.000 if she would disappear , and that when there was no reason for.
Hmmm I think this case is getting weirder and weirder, all I hope is that they will get the people who did it! It is hard to believe what really is true.
Its terrible to lose your child, no matter what the circumstances are.

I can’t recall which link it was, I just typed in g**gle her name, and I ran into a LOT of Dutch articles that saying more and more about her insurance etc.
I wish I could help you with the link. I am sorry. I have seen so many links now ( in Dutch as well as in USA) about the topic, and it still remains more and more a mystery!!

Such sharp and harsh words directed at a family that lost their daughter.
No matter how mad you are about things that don’t affect you personally, you should never wish bad things on anyone.
It makes you look like an evil person. Have they not lost enough losing their daughter?
What if someone close to you was taken from you under such circumstances? Hopefully you will never experience but you should reconsider such nasty comments.
Sure they may be aiming their targets in the wrong direction, so be it.
You can call Americans barbaric all you wish, the simple fact remains that their laws and punishments are their laws and punishments. Go ahead and prattle off superfluous comments that all Americans are barbaric and whatever. The country sucks…. What would you know?
Do you know that not every state uses the death penalty? It is the states choice to do so or not. It is NOT a country wide thing.
Do yo uknow how many people oppose the death penalty and are out there trying to get it abolished in the states that do use it?
No no no of course all Americans are savages right? Grieving American families are not allowed to be hurt and angry over the loss of their child. Had this been a Dutch family or whatnot I am sure you would not have posted this eh?

Wait till you hear the bombshell wich is about to blow this whole thing up.
Dan Young & Kelly Castillo, who are working for the “Guided Light” organisation, have come forward on a local tv station in Aruba (Tele Aruba)and released shocking details about lies of Natalee’s mom and about what’s happen to Natalee that made her “Not want to go back home”. It’s about Nathalee hidding on the island weeks after she desappeared. They say they have all the prove and that Beth has to stop lying and come clean. Also that Van der sloot and Kalpoe brothers had nothing to do with her death.
Supposenly Jug Twitty, Natalee’s step father sexualy abused her. Also Natalee became pregnant, which they think is probably her stepfather’s.
This was the maine reason for Natalee not to go back home. They also said that Beth spoke with Natalee weeks, after her disappearence. Beth knew she was alive.
But, had to put the spotlight on the whole island, so nobody can focus on her. All of this drama to hide the cover up the abuse in the family.
This would also explain the reason why Natalee’s stepfather, filed for divorce the second day on the supposenly disapearence.
See, the first flyer that came out on the search for Natalee, wasn’t saying anything about “Missing” this flyer was the second one that came out.
The first flyer that came out was saying “Please, Natalee, call me, I want to talk to you” and with a local Aruban phone number.
This about the flyer, DAN YOUNG & KELLY CASTILLO, said that the US don’t know about this info. And that they have had it with all of Beth’s lies.
Story is still developing here in Aruba.

It seems to me that this whole story is about to turn around.
What will happen next???
What about all the “boycott” Beth was promoting on Aruba.
Will Aruba sui The Twitty Family for the damages she caused??

People should stop saying that they heard rumors about anything, you have to get real proof in your hands to speak. Nathalee’s case has been hard for everyone, specially for her family and for Aruba. In Aruba, despite everything, we still pray for her to be found alive and well one day, no matter the reason for this. Remember, we can not blame the entire U.S. for what happened, just as it is not fair for anyone to blame the entire population of Aruba for what happened or not, to Nathalee. The best thing that could happen is that Joran is extradited to the U.S., so that he takes an Brain Fingerprinting lie detector test, so that we can finally know when he is saying the truth. This test has been proven 100% accurate, and was already used once in court for a criminal case in the U.S. It can be done, and it should be done.
