You need a massage (a real one ;-) ).
Everytime I go to Reno, NV, I always opt for one too. Helps relax my muscles from the too-much-sitting-in-front-of-the-monitor situation.

I’m not sure yet how this will turn out. If this pain takes too long to go away I’ll consult my docter.

You should go see a doctor anyway. You never know what kind of damage might have been done, and it’s always better to get things checked out earlier than late.

That’s true. My uncle was hurt mindly in his spine during an exercise in the army when he was 20 years old. His back hurt for a few days, but he didn’t do anything much about it, as the pain went away soon enough. He spent 25 years in hard labor building houses, and then, one day, the problem came back. He had to stop working when he was around 50 years old and he currently barely walks (he is about 65 now). And all that, because of a mild injury many years in the past that anyone would expect that it would have completely healed!

Seems the pain is all gone now. Even just done a little skeeler tour, in my t-shirt, spring’s finally coming!
