I'm a mere, tiny, insignificant cog in a whole clockwork of stupidity. I'm the tiny cog that wants to break free. Seriously.

My new house is 3 minutes away from my parents' house by bike.

It's not just about wanting to live on my own. It's also about giving my parents their long-deserved own time. I never talk about it, but my two older brothers are, to put it really mildly, problem children, and as such, for the past 15-20yrs, my parents have been giving up their time to their children more than any other parent has to (minus parents with children who have i.e. Down Syndrome).

Even though they don't realise it yet (they really do not want me to leave, even though they support me for the full 150%).

Why not stay with your parents and save money? I mean, sure, everyone wants to move out at some point in their life. But myself, being so long far from my family, I wish I was staying with them more. Of course, this is the Greek thing: until a child gets married, they usually stay with their parents. Some, high up in the mountains, stay together even after the marriage. But that's Greece we are talking about. ;-)
