					<description>Kudos on your last bullet...I validate to CSS standards on my personal sites, and that's about it. And unless it's a client requirement, I rarely validate to any of the other standards. It's a waste of time, and 99% of the real world really doesn't care (meaning, they don't want to pay for it).
