Our cats also have such a guard spot; the cat tree. It's perfect for 'em, all up in the air and stuff... Big disadvantage is that they always jump from it really hard and unto the table, which makes quite a bang. Especially anoying when you're trying to sleep... ;-) That’s so cute!!!
