Yeah, I hate that too on Macs. This should have been there by default.
You can enable that feature if you enable the “accessibility” stuff, but with it other shit are getting enabled too, so it’s not a great solution.

The accessibility stuff allows you to do tab navigation, not arrow key navigatio. so it’s not a good solution by any means, sadly.
