About a year ago, I was getting on a bus, the last one, near midnight, towards my hometown. I had quite a few beers in me [it was after a dinner combined with some drinking with my friends], so I just dropped into a seat and tried to get to sleep quickly :) We were around 15 people on the bus when I guy wanted to get on, but he only had large banknotes and the driver couldn't change it, told him to get down and try to exchange it somewhere - but everything was closed. To jump to the end of it, I paid the guy's ticket, he was grateful, and I asked him to look out and do the same [to some other poor fella], should the need arise, in the future.
