To everyone who is pro-killing pro-gun ownership: you are totally, totally right. Guns should be legal, so that this never happens again.

Hunters should be allowed to have rifles that have to be reloaded after each shot. (Which should at least take a few seconds)
Other than that all weapons should be banned.
And only stupid american rednecks still use the 1933 argument. What can a armed populous do against tanks, bombs, rocket, drones, war planes and pretty soon army robots? .. Exactly NOTHING.

First, sufficient numbers of people can take on such technology. See Tank Man.
Second, the majority of gun crimes are by unlicensed weapons. Do you really think that those who already have illegal weapons will actually follow your gun ban? You might stop this one case, but you won’t stop much.
Third, they actually do serve a self-defense purpose. When seconds count, the police have a response time of about eight minutes. I’m not going to wait for them when my wife has a gun pointed at her head.

I’m sure the school is a gun free zone just like here in the US. I’m sorry that the students & teachers are denied their right to protect themselves.

Just because someone uses a car to run down a group of joggers doesn’t mean we ban all cars.
If someone wants to find a way to kill people, they will, no laws will stop them. Laws don’t stop law-breakers.

Just thought I’d comment that I just purchased a 50 round magazine for my Ruger 10/22 along with 650 rounds of ammo to go along with the approx. 200 rounds I already have. That metal target I shoot at better be scared now.

Guns are a form of compensation. Everyone who does not see that guns (in combination with stupid people) are lifethreatening devices, and should therefore be banned, is an idiot. I’m sorry for all you gunlovers out there, but I don’t get it. What’s the fun of shooting something? (And yes, I have fired a gun)
