It was better than, say, the old &quot;Galactica 1980&quot; series, or the the &quot;Planet of the Apes&quot; rip-off that we got as the 3rd season finale - but that's not saying much. It wasn't even much of a conclusion, since it raised more questions than it answered.

Now that the series is over, I can say without any ambiguity or equivocation: BSG does not hold a candle to B5.</description>
